Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that our raises do not always reflect the amount of hard work that we put in. I would rather have the financial impact in my paycheck than in ancillary benefits where I need to complete additional activities, etc. on top of excelling in performance.
