Even though AT&T is such a big company, I feel that our leadership team truly cares about us, our success, and our career pathing. AT&T makes smart decisions and is ever changing which makes working for the company fun and exciting.

We are always there for one another and our leadership is very supportive of our team to help make us successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they truly care about the success of our team and live out our purpose. They give us the tools to succeed everyday.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting my work done and making my clients happy. I also like helping my co-workers solve problems. I love volunteering with my AT&T family in our communities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is like a family. We are always willing to help one another out with workload, converse about specific problems that we are trying to tackle, and even lend an ear to listen to personal stuff going on in our lives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits, we are very lucky that AT&T helps contribute to our HSAs based on the medical plan that we choose. I'm still getting used to the new Alight app though I am grateful that they provided us with an incentive with our benefits.
