I think our leadership team is always looking for opportunities to support us better, ways to enhance our work by removing as much tactical work as possible for we can focus on strategic planning and our role as trusted advisor which is so critical as HR BPs

I enjoy the caliber and professionalism of the people I work with. I am a very organized person so I enjoy the structure of the work to a certain extent. We have for the most part better systems than 5 years ago and I like the sense of moving forward to make improvements where we can
