This company has changed and has very different values that have evolved over the years. It is still a great place to work, diversity and inclusion is a greater focus and I'm grateful to have my job.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
There seems to be a constant evolution of the culture at AT&T. Transparency seems to be a goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in excellence. My yearly ratings prove this year over year, however, my salary is still not in alignment with median of my base rate of pay. I'm still in a lower tier of pay. Having my pay adjusted to those that have been in the job just as long would make me feel better.
