Team is the keyword; we work as one and help each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the industry most of our roles are under paid which makes for a feeling of being undervalued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leaders show that every individual counts and makes a contribution. I would like to hear more of this from senior leadership.
