I have been with AT&T for 22 years and while it hasn't been amazing the whole ride, most of it has been a great experience. I've dealt with good, bad, and ugly, but I have to say over the past couple of years- I am ecstatic with the changes to our leadership and how our organization has improved.

There's a solid focus on work/life balance and staying healthy from a mental and physical perspective.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers and all the amazing projects I get to work on. It's really cool to see suggestions and improvement requests actually take place.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ALL OF IT. Seriously, there is nothing like our AT&T benefits package. Amazing healthcare coverage, vacation, work/life balance initiatives- just not something you find anywhere else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are candid, transparent, and honest. They bring fun and a family feeling to the workplace. We are always laughing and that means a whole lot when you are somewhere 40+ hours a week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family. When someone needs help, we all pitch in. When someone needs a shoulder or an ear, we are there for them. And, we laugh- every single day, we laugh.
