When I can get to everything I need to in the day

Communication is key but not too much of it, just the right amount
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My son just got out of college and makes as much as I do, after 25 years here....
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work together when needed, we are all doing extra work to stay a float, unnecessary meetings are hurting us.
