Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting 3% raises no matter if the company has a good year or bad year is getting old. Getting 3% raises no matter how great of a rating I get is getting old. I have always had above average rating if not excellent rating every year here and yet rewarded with pennies and no individual contrib bonus
