Not so great level/compensation wise. I think the manager should do a better job on evaluating the team member's value and contribution and show it not just through acknowledging but also through level/compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work I do is level 2 but I am still in level 1. I build complex web applications using jQuery, Javascript, API and other languages which is clearly level 2. My teammates who doesn't do this kind of complex work are in level 2 but I am still level 1 which I feel is not fair.
