
Culture at at&t can be a bit toxic
Communication and treating employees better. Employees especially management are treated like numbers, jobs threaten on calls, days off/pto are taken away often, work/life balance is terrible, often required to work on off days, condescending tones on calls.
RSC compensation is very close to management compensation but RSC have a better work/life balance. Leadership are not compensated enough for the added work and stress. Salary workers are often required to work overtime with no added pay
Fair wages for leadership, PROVIDE A BETTER WORK/LIFE BALANCE, Stop threatening jobs on calls, condescending tones on calls/meetings, Provide better coaching for management (management make up numbers/coaching depending on how they are chewed out/pressured on calls) Lots of fraud due to pressure
