this was a good place to work. over the years the leadership seems to not care about customers. They don't care about the employees that's why they have a hard time get ASM's. The network in AZ is not very strong. third party lie to customer just to get the sale and then send them to COR.

my team is down to earth and dont do shaddy stuff

discount on cell services. I would have TV if cheaper than others.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
less couching. the ones we get now are just a wast of time. no one dose actual couching
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
we handle more elations then sales. target, frys, AR and IHX do not do the right thing, COR has to clean it up.
