Gets worse every year. Joined when we were top 10 fortune 500 and have watched us drop about 10 places each year. Our leadership is ignorant and no one is happy here. I regret starting my career here and cannot wait to get out.

Everyone hates leadership so we are all on the same page.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Empathy. They do not listen to a single thing people below them say and are convinced they are right about everything. They have thrown this company in the gutter.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat employees with respect and pay them how they deserve. Quit forcing RTO on people who never had it. Focus on retaining employees, not forcing them out. Software isn't a field where someone new can come in and get to work immediately. We are going to fall apart.
