I've had a great experience here. I started as an inern, accepted a full time offer after the internship. I then got the role I wanted after completing the development program.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy seeing that annual bonus especially when we get over 100%! Love it!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how everyone on the team is laid back and is themselves at work. They are brilliant people to work with and have been great team members!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how transparent and communicative the leadership team is. I'd like for them to be talking more about the business more often instead of every quarter and not RTO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a Mission Critical project within CSO. I love being a part of this team as I am continuously learning and growing in my career. I would like to become a Lead Software Engineer soon after achieving my Masters!
What makes you most happy at work?
I think what makes me most happy at work is being able to work on a Mission Critical project for AT&T and that it is within the organization I wanted to work in after graduating from the development program I was a part of.
