My coworkers are always willing to assist when needed. We share best practices and help each other to provide best in class service.
The leadership team needs to understand that to retain and attract talent we need to be able to work and hire outside of Dallas and Atlanta.
Without my immediate coworkers and others I have worked directly with in the past, I wouldn't be happy at work at all since the implementation of the Return to Office policies. It has created a tone deaf toxicity that after 1 year still doesn't make any sense.
