
The leadership team for AT&T does a good job trying to keep us informed.
We have each others best interested. No one is self-serving and we want each other to succeed.
Our culture is not in a good place. Employees are not happy, and the unhappiness is contagious or in this case toxic.
I would like to have more flexibility and have Sr. leadership trust I am capable of making the best decisions for my client and the way I support them.
I would feel more valued if my compensation matched my performance and I was more aligned with my TSR. I am always chosen to take on new responsibilities and relied on but not compensated appropriately.
