certain teams, already have enough lead positions and senior positions, as a specialist my only opportunity for growth might be looking for something else, within AT&T ofcourse.

when you feel you can talk openly about situations that are concerning or of discomfort and your leadership including your team memebers will listen and try to provide you with solutions.
