It has been great at times but the direction of late is horrible. There is no room for advancement and contractors are actively taking over our jobs. Pay is stagnant and the Union side is getting treated way better than managers. Union benefits and raises are better. First line's are treated bad.

The bond between immediate peers/team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Remove N ratings and pay more. Give back retirement health care and vacations that were promised and then taken back.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not including the new hires, the team here is responsible for their own work and are willing to assist others when needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat employees better and as if you care about them. Pay appropriately. Maintain workstations. Stop taking away benefits. Maintain a trained work force. Quit firing and hiring based on shortsighted yearly budgets and builds.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
AT&T is actively trying to go to a contractor and project manager model. They would like to have AT&T engineers be phased out. Mr. Stankey has come out and told us that our expectations are wrong. AT&T has become very cold and uncaring. There is no future here. Unfortunately, this is just a job
