I feel undervalued given my workload and contributions to the org. A salary review aligned with industry standards and market rates that recognize my achievements, contributions, and growth. Market data shows competitive pay is 90-110% of our ranges, anything less is not competitive.

The best thing about my team is definitely the people. Everyone has their own unique strengths. I enjoy chatting, collaborating, and achieving goals with them. While overall morale towards certain things could be better, our team vibe is strong because our direct manager is a great leader.
