
They are willing to learn and want to do the right thing, but our Leadership team handcuffs them
Is this a real question? I've answered it 100 times and my answer must be too difficult to respond to because it is and has been ignored every time.
We are below the market value for our position and it's not even close. My current position, is engineering, site walker, line supervisor, splicing supervisor, city relations, construction manager, finance manager...these are just a few of the jobs my position covers without any recognition.
again, Leadership handcuffs us and in the past 6 years made my job less efficient, counterproductive and unfortunately with the SVA cost the business 100 of millions of dollars nationwide. and for the past 6 years we've shown where that money has gone only to be told OUR LEADERSHIP team doesn't care
The leadership team needs to stop hiring college grads who have NO idea what this is and how to run it. They need to listen to their FRONTLINE Managers who are knee deep in the trenches and the Leadership team needs to remove the roadblocks that hinder our ability to be successful...i.e., ORCA!!!
