We are more like family; we spend time with each other in & out of the office
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Specifically, my immediate Leadership Team listens to us and tries to implement procedures to accommodate our needs. Although all employees need may not be able to be met the Leadership team explains why which allows for understanding & grace
