I've been with the company since July 1998 and I have seen a lot of changes. Some good and some bad. Currently, I believe we are in a period of positive change and I'm optimistic about our future.

Our company leadership has finally focused our business on what is important to our customers.

Our management trusts us to do the job we were hired to do. They do not micromanage us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
our company is more focused on being middle of the pack when it comes to compensation and benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is currently in the middle of a culture change. We are moving to a culture focused on personal responsibility and contributions. I think this is a move in the right direction.
