I like that the new leadership is invested in AI. I would love to see more AI training in PLE
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would love to see a re-evaluation of my area cost of hiring should not be the only basis to calculate base salary, cost of living and inflation should be added. The rate of inflation and percent of salary increase is only being equalized
