Both collaborating with nice internal people and customers are happy. If one is lack, not good.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Employee doesn't control contractor who is working for a long time. They are friend, so I am a new joiner, I have been receiving unprofessional statement and attitude.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Shift to global people from domestic people who are working for a long time in AT&T. They don't share any knowledge to all, this is their own knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Must create knowledge base for technical matters and process for all. Some JP technical people don't share anything, so hard to manage and understand without him/her. Must move to allocate the tasks and knowledge to global team, not do only domestic people.
