What is the best part about your compensation package?
The goal is to make sure that the benefits get better every year! They are willing to take feedback and suggestions. They want us to be happy!

I love that the unlimited PTO is not a taboo like it is for a lot of other places that implement it. I really feel supported by my team and manager to take advantage of the PTO and use it how I see fit.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in pay to position standard for the same role.

The employee stock has been promised for a long time and has not happened yet.

Take this with a grain of salt as a lot of this is in flux right now. The incentive plans are currently being developed and a lot will be determined when that happens. The benefits are ok but I hope to see those get better as the company matures.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Those that were involved were very friendly and things were communicated well.

What makes you most happy at work?
How relaxed and easygoing everyone is. They care about their work and the quality, but I don't feel like it's make or break it like at most jobs I have worked. There is always people willing to help too!
