I believe that I have been working at the company long enough and have the abilities to be compensated more.

No more pension really speaks for itself. Stop trying to nickel and dime us. Without the workers, no planes are built. Without compensation, no one cares anymore and it’s a really hard environment to be around when you do care. Record breaking profits and less compensation every year

The overwhelming costs of health care, and the cost of living, far out pace the pay scale and bennifits I can barely afford to come to work, and spend the rest of my time commuting to and from work. Work life balance is overly tilted to work. The sacrifice is not equal to the pay and benefits

Change in leadership/management at all levels. The Culture used to be about the quality of the product and the people’s safety in producing the product. Now it is just a quota and ridiculous ideals being ushered throughout the workforce.

The executives cronyism and nepotism has creatwd a leadership team of "yes" people who are only out for themselves. There wojld need to be major housekeeping among the upper ranks.
