I've rated my director at this level because of the way the director manages and communicates with the staff. It very is unprofessional the way the director talks to or handles some of the employees.

Not take so long on training new employess and start them working after they finish training and record there hours

All of my children and seeing their faces.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being unorganized and not supervising the kids , being in cell phones. No dress code. I think there needs to be a director that cares about the place and having rules in that school.
