What do you like best about the leadership team?
You are allowed to be creative and fully own your work streams. Management is supportive of its employees. Expectations and integrity are high and taken seriously. The student and teacher-centric approach to what we do is also incredibly inspiring.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am able to work from home, benefits are 100% covered and I am paid the market wage for the private sector, even though this is a non-profit.

Very generous medical benefits, and very fair pay/comp time for working at occasional weekend events.

Everyone is excited to be here, working towards the same mission. There is no competition within our org.
