Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't mind being paid hourly, but the pay needs to be higher for the amount of work I do. Company needs to actually hire their workers instead of making everyone contractors. Provide some kind of benefits.

Communication and caring about your employees would go a long way. Hard to be at your best when you don't know from day-to-day if/when your job will be offshored. There is no severance so you are pretty much left to your own devices.
