CP360 is a fairly average mid-size BPO company. With growth and getting new portfolio in mind, the executive team does it well. Better benefits overall can be better though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Work to compensation ratio is way off

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

WFH setup is nice and we appreciate it

Innovative and forward thinking in terms of org growth

My team members is composed of highly skilled individuals

What makes you most happy at work?

None. Only have to work to pay the bills. lol

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to pay my bills on time with no payout delay is nice.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Geo leadership needs to step up and be more competent with basic task/s they have on their plate.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I've known my team for a long time even before working here so i have a strong bond with them

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company perks and benefits can be better overall and can learn from how bigger BPO companies operate from a RnR standpoint

What do you like best about the leadership team?

What I like best about the leadership team is their openness and transparency. They always communicate clearly and honestly with us, and they welcome feedback and suggestions. They also show genuine care and respect for their employees, and they inspire us to do our best.
