I am here in this company for more than 2 yrs now and I think I stay long because of the healthy environment and the management team

We are united and harmonious and kept a professional relationship

It motivates me and lets me learn more to be a better leader with the leadership training that we have.

We are united and just like a family that help each other in need and most especially to grow together.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Operation Manager is a good leader, a good listener, and a great mentor. My agents also who is hard working with the same goal as me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice if there is additional allowances and bonuses to the agents most especially those who are thriving hard to do better at their work.
