It's been ok so far, Domenic and Rachit are cool, Brian is cool. I only have problems with the communication aspect seeing that the Site Director doesn't communicate much. I dislike last minute activities I believe that I should be notified from early.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Clean, members of the support team are nice
What makes you most happy at work?
Having my own office, being in a comfortable area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is excellent with the IT team otherwise from the IT team they don't communicate much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in pay, it's not enough to cover my expenses (bills, food or even to treat myself whenever).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Domenic and Rachit are dope, in regard to the site director changes need to be made even though I don't report to him I can tell that he is more of a boss than a leader.
