sadly no pay increase when it was promised during interview

seeing my Crushesssss at work makes me feel like im on fire

no increase in pay for us who works for more than a year even if it was promissed by HR during interview, we're only earning on basic pay, (sometimes earning on hazard and night diff depending on schedule)no allowances unlike other bpo companies
