Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Before I got promoted I was promised to get an increase of my pay which would be the same with the tenured TeamLeads, it took time for my salary increase to be processed but was not the promised amount and whenever I make a follow up on the status I always get an answer of "we will update you".
