Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel as a team lead our incentives are high enough I do fell we deserve a pay raise, our benefits offer 160.00 on your eye appointment only where there should be coverage for the actual glasses

I feel that we should recieve a monthly bonus no matter if we hit target or not and should be way more then 50.00 a month , as well as I feel that supervisors should at least be making 3.00 more then the agents not a 1.00 more .
