I started as an agent and was quickly promoted to recruiter, until then perhaps I have felt somewhat stagnant, and although I like my job, I have noticed that remuneration in comparison to other areas and in other companies, is still low.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better salary that is competitive in the market. Other benefits that other companies already offer such as prepaid medicine, gym, endowment bonuses, transportation bonuses, or food (monthly), being bonuses or benefits that only agents have, and the other areas are almost forgotten.
