The company and my current campaign does not provide valuable experience for me to grow. Our job is not sincerely appreciated. We get no incentives, and that´s terrible since we are running the campaign´s performance by managing agents. we are always threath about us losing our jobs. Overall, B

We need a raise, more perks, more benefits, more incentives.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Pay is too low. You can improve it by providing incentives for supervisors.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There is no company culture at CP-360. In my campaign, they dont care about enhancing this aspects.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is communication, but some members do not show respect and do not like to work as a team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are no incentives for supervisors, but others get that opportunity, that´s not equal and fair. They make us feel we should be grateful for the little incentive the provide once every 3/4 months. It´s

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A better company culture needs to be implemented. However, no one above my position seems to care about those aspects. We should be able to have meetings with all our superiors, discuss about improvements in the campaign, how to get better, etc.
