I love this company a lot and i love the way it provides the carrier grouth for the employees like me and im glad that i would able to upskill and enhance my skills here one thing if you ask me that i dont like is employee is not getting valued and the leader shouldnt be using harsh tone

Allowances are good and for festivals like christmas and new years gift cards are given
What are some of the best things about your team?
very supportive, if need a extra hand will be very happy to help , in regards to the leaves if anyone needs tour team maintains co-ordination
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is very complicated to answer but one thing about the leadership is more of a bossy not employee centric and the employee deserves the utmost respect and if the empoyee is going wrong there should a right tone to be use not a harsh one, but some leaders i admire and i love the way they handle.
