What makes you most happy at work?
When I know that I effectively accomplished all my task in a timely manner, and being appreciated. Even a tiny "thanks" goes a long way to feel appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After the employee evaluation was done, we were expecting to have an increase in our salary for we believe we performed well in our tasks. Maybe a bi-annual evaluation and if we did well in our tasks, a salary increase follows. That way, we'll feel we are valued and nurtured by the company.
