NOTHING IS POSITIVE WITH CP360 NOR THE ACCOUNT. WHAT KEPT US STAY IS PEOPLE LIKE ORIGINAL WAVE 1.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

CHANGE EVERYTHING!!!! FROM PEOPLE TO COMPENSATIONS. IF THIS COMPANY WILL NOT CHANGE, THIS WILL NOT GO FAR IN THE FUTURE AND WILL GO BANKRUPT. JUST SAYING.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

WE HAVE A LOT OF WORKS BUT A LITTLE PAY. overwork equals to underpay. IT SHOULD BE MORE WORKS, MORE MONEY because that is how business SHOULD work. duhhhh

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

A lot, they have to attend a lot of seminars to be more educated on what they should portray as leaders. THEY ARE NOT AS EFFECTIVE AS WHAT WE THINK THEY ARE.
