I have been here for a few months and it is unlike other BPOs in the city.

Overall, I can say working here is OK. Not excellent but not terrible, just OK.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone makes an effort to be helpful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and make everyone feel included.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is higher than industry standard for my role.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a varied range of engagement activities that are interesting.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the working environment. I don't feel stressed here and I enjoy my time at the office.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The workforce here is quite young so they don't really know how to dress and act in an office.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be clear about the company goals so that employees have a better idea of where we are headed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There has been a big improvement at the Employee Engagement level and I wish they would keep up with the new changes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no option for a neutral answer. I am not excited to go to work but I am not dreading it either. I am neutral.
