I have had a really good experience as an agent and then as sup, but it has been difficult this year ... I've been in this position for 1 and a half years now and sometimes it gets frustrating for the pressure we feel about numbers, even though we do everything we have to do

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not getting paid the Sunday surcharge either holiday surcharge, the attainment bonus was reduce from 500 to 250 and we have more task now to do ... More job less pay

As sups someone decided to reduce the holiday and Sunday surcharge, the attainment bonus was reduced from $500 to $250 ... I have never received a space to let know the pressure we feel sometimes, there are bonuses pending from Feb. and Mar. for the results we had on CSAT & FCR
