What makes you most happy at work?
I like to socialize with my teammates and to work alongside them. Both things can be achieved successfully.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not only are they amazing professionals, but they're also kind, humble, caring and thoughtful. I feel I'm supported by them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my salary doesn't really match the amount of work I've been doing or my role either. I would really appreciate a rise. Thank you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're smart, proactive, energetic and willing to learn. They're open to giving and receiving feeback and I can tell they enjoy their work despite the many things they have to cope with on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can tell the company worries about its employees well-being. They're constantly trying to listen to them and to provide them with the basic things needed for them to feel happy and supported. It's also nice to see that people can actually gro and upskill here.
