My supervisors and workmates. we don't have drama at work

I love my Supervisor and Manager. I'm under Stephen Luna. He helps me learn a lot, encourages me to grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the transparency. we just worry about pay discrepancies and all that. all about the pay. but it gets resolved because my supervisors are helpful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the expenses right now are increasing. I have some colleagues who are being paid more than I do. I'm only paid 23k. If this was 2000, it would be okay. Now, everything's expensive. I hope they can do better with QAs rate. Maybe add 2k ? because everything's expensive nowadays.
