They are supportive, co-operative and we have mutual respect among each other which helps to communicate well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great leaders demonstrate respect for team members in many ways, particularly by being engaged with the team and working with them. Leadership team understands that respect is earned through empathy, compassion and trust.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the support we recieve. open and honest feedbacks which helps us to improve ourselves appreciations which motivates us even more Producitive atmoshpere which keeps us engaged at all times
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company and working enivronment is best, but doesn't want to pay its worforce a worthy pay. doing night shifts without night allowances sometimes make us feel frustrated for what we are doing.
