The most positive about the culture and environment of our company it has policies in place that encourage respect, trust, empathy, and support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued if something was promised and not provided as compensation and a raise in wages. That sort of concern should be a priority because it's something that motivates employees to work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about our compensation package is when there's no dispute and if our pay will be released on time. I'm hoping that in the future, our company will enhance annual remuneration.
