Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is not fair, OT hours are not being paid, holidays are not being paid as before, the site is getting short for all the people, there is no AC, the chairs are not ergonomic, the store that we have in the 5th floor does not have enough variety
