It was very pleasant on the begining because the company showed that care about agents, but now it seems it is only a business and agents are less important. The salaries are too low knowing that an agent can make the same salary as a supervisor or trainer on other BPO´s and more

They try to keep people committed on their work places

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No follow up by the managers and coordinator regards myself, few incentives and salaries are not competitive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better salaries, work from home and bonuses. This is based on the competition and also the workload we have.

I think that there are many things happening on my leadership that might be our concern but we do not have visibility.
