I work here since one year ago, and for me this has been a great experience, I feel very happy with my job and very happy to be part of a great team. In few words I'm happy in CP.

My experience has been a constant challenge of new things that have allowed me to grow professionally. Additionally, my personal part has changed since I feel part of a work team.

The respect for all customs and beliefs

The most great invent, Work at home!!!!

They're: Responsibles, Intelligents, Kinds also they 've teamwork skills, problem solving skills.

The Home Office ... for me is a great benefits that CP has.

The teamwork, collaboration and the support in critical moments. They're always willing to help me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learn new things about my job. Interact remotely with my work team. Contribute from my position to the Cp's growth.

The team treats me like a person. They care about me and give me the necessary tools to carry out my activities.

My team leaders are persons very intelligent. are patient persons and they're very good at everything they do, but them greatest strength is that they're great humans being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the activities that integrate employees regardless of their thoughts, beliefs and others. Additionally, the recognition of those people who stand out in their activities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalored, I feel happy working in CP, learning and enjoying that all positives experiences. Maybe I would be happier with a salary increase but it's not relevant in contrast to how good I feel in CP.
