commitment, ability to identify and solve problems, multitasking and good control.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Communication, showing that at least one job can be a safe place.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

That at least there are types of compensation such as details or meals for their workers, although I would honestly prefer a salary increase.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The tasks that are carried out in the administrative area require skills that are acquired with knowledge and time, for this reason the payment of certain administrative areas such as QA with a fairer salary should be valued more.
