Everybody has that engagement, that makes the environment very cool

The way they are with the agents, perhaps with Staff there's no so close relationship and careness, but with agent are very good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a great team, the friendship is a key to complete the goals required and motivate each other to improve every day, i love them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like to feel am growing up, on spot and earning. At the beginning was an agent, but after been promoted there is no much difference between salaries, and well, its more responsability.
